Our SLIM TLC® without Meds program is available anywhere, and is for those who have heard what kind of magic SLIM TLC® can do for them without having to worry about the cost and side effects of medicine.  However, instead of simply purchasing SLIM TLC® Online, they would like to have the additional help, including:

• Our private SLIM TLC® Facebook Group, "Fit Together", which provides critical online interaction with and support from other SLIM TLC® members
• Exclusive emails containing valuable tips and important ongoing and future program enhancements and updates
• Discounted labs (usually 90+% off compared to typical prices, but only if using our office or a contracted CPL or LabCorp facility)
• Discounted (35% off) visits with Marie, our Nutrition Coach (purchase of SLIM TLC® Online is also required) outlined in bullet points 2-4 on our Program Details page.  It is also for those whose physician is willing to prescribe and manage the medicine component, and allow us to take care of the rest, thus drastically improving the likelihood of long-term success! 

SLIM TLC® without Meds is priced $20 (per month) lower than our SLIM TLC® (with prescription) program because it does not involve the management of medicine by a prescriber.  If you are in our SLIM TLC® (with prescription) program, we hope that the lower cost (in addition to the huge savings realized by not taking medicine) will incentivize you to work on learning and applying SLIM TLC® principles (primarily implementing SLIM TLC®'s powerful eating strategy, "Free Food?  Whatever!," and following our groundbreaking goal setting system, the SLIM TLC® Map), such that you can switch to this SLIM TLC® without Meds option.

How much does the SLIM TLC® without Meds program cost?

• There is a registration fee of $80 ($130 max for a family; only ages 18+ are eligible).  NOTE:  Members of TLC Family Health do not pay an additional registration fee.
• Required purchase of "TLC University's" SLIM TLC® Online textbook ("O-book"):  $19.99
• Initial visit:  Included in the registration fee.  Note:  Members of TLC Family Health pay their usual visit copay.
• Monthly cost:  $35 per person; there are no contracts or commitments - stay with the program as long as you'd like, and you may change to our SLIM TLC® (with prescription) program or continue with SLIM TLC® Online by yourself whenever desired.  NOTE:  Members of TLC Family Health receive 35% off monthly costs (= $22.75/month).
• Cost of initial and (up to) quarterly labs:  $15-20 (total, add $18-20 if testosterone is checked).

(NOTE:  Skip step 1 if already a member of TLC Family Health - just inform your PCP through the portal that you are interested)

1. SIGN UP (note that SLIM TLC® is a subsidiary of TLC Family Health - so the sign-up page will say "Sign up with TLC Family Health"), after which you will receive an invitation to sign up for the patient portal, the Elation Passport.  
2. Purchase SLIM TLC® Online ("TLC University" online textbook/"O-book").
3. Fill out the SLIM TLC® without Meds New Patient Form. 
4. Set up a 25-minute appointment with Marie Barber, BS (our Nutrition and Exercise Coach) - and we'll walk you through the rest!
